Cable deburial, cut and recovery and burial operations completed in the German sector using CFE and the RSG-C grab cutter.
Rotech Subsea has completed North Sea deburial, cut and recovery and reburial operations on an umbilical in the German sector.
The scope combined CFE deburial with the RSG-C subsea grab and cutter, allowing the team to locate, grip, cut and recover in a single deployment.
Following repair, the replacement section was reburied to specification using the same spread — minimising vessel time for the client.
